The Initial Consultation
- Discuss your budget, timetable and your ideas.
- Take measurements and sketches of your space you intend to finish.
- Discuss your design requirements in detail.
The Design
We create a 3D rendering and virtual tour of the design using professional-caliber architectural software and estimate for cost and timeline completion. This process usually takes 2-3 days and then we can come back and present it for your review.
The Review
- Review design with you and your family, you can make changes on the design right while we are in your home to see what the changes would like and how it might affect your budget.
- Review estimate and adjust options to fit budget. Our estimate is made up with great detail so that when the price is presented to you, it is a firm price for the design that is being presented. Unless you make changes to the design or add upgraded options, his price does not change halfway through the project. A lot of contractors will give you a low price just to get the job and then they keep coming to you for more money for things they forgot to include in their bid.
A lot of companies only provide you with blueprints of what your basement will look like. Our state of the art technology with 3D design allows you to walk through what your finished product will look like and you can make changes before the first board goes up!
